Themis Digital Health ("Themis," "we") is a trade name of The Amavasya Foundation. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.

• Information you give us. If you submit a form, we collect your name, work email, organization, organization type, and any details you choose to share about your request.
• Booking information. If you book a call through Calendly or another scheduling service, that service collects your details under its own privacy policy.
• Remote meetings. If we meet by video or phone, the remote meeting platform we use collects connection and account data under its own privacy policy.
• Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
• Basic technical data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.

Please do not send patient information

Do not include protected health information or other patient data in any form, email or call. Our services do not require it.

How we use information

• To respond to your request and prepare proposals.
• To send the resources you ask for.
• To operate, secure and improve this website.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (for example, form providers, scheduling services such as Calendly, remote meeting platforms, and payment and email providers), or when the law requires it.
